This cute baby goat coin celebrates the Year of the Goat. The birth dates for people ruled by the goat in the Chinese zodiac include 1919, 1931, 1943, 1955, 1967, 1979, 1991, 2003 and 2015. Those born under the influence of this sign are said to be elegant, charming, artistic, gifted and calm.

Each coin is meticulously struck from 1/2oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality.
Issued as legal tender under the Government of Tuvalu, the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, and the monetary denomination are shown on each coin’s obverse.
The coin’s reverse depicts a representation of a baby goat surrounded by snowflakes, standing on its hind legs while using its front legs to unveil a sack of gifts. The Chinese character for ‘goat’, the inscription ‘Year of the Goat’, The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark, and the year-date are also incorporated into the design.
No more than 7,500 of the 2015 Baby Goat 1/2oz Silver Proof Coin will be released by The Perth Mint.
The coin is housed in a display case and beautifully illustrated shipper, and is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
