ABOUT THE DESIGN
One of the world’s most respected photographers, Anne Geddes, creates images that are iconic, award winning and beloved. Heartfelt—Anne’s new series of work— was inspired by a medium used to create many of her iconic images—pure Merino wool. Adorable babies appear nestled in wool-laden flowerpots, peeking from gumnuts, snuggled as ladybugs, and more darling scenes.
REVERSE DESIGN
This coin features the iconic December image from Anne Geddes’ Heartfelt calendar. A sleeping baby wearing a red and white striped 100% Merino wool hat, appears nestled in the top of a matching hat. This captivating image is set against a polished mirror finished background, encircled by a finely engraved border design.
OBVERSE DESIGN
This features the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II.
PACKAGING
The Anne Geddes Heartfelt 1 oz 999 Fine Silver coin is presented in an attractive gift packaging, designed to imitate the shape of a book, sitting inside a protective sleeve. It is an appealing gift for a babyshower or as a newborn keepsake. The Certificate of Authenticity is printed onto the back cover of the book.
