New Zealand Mint is proud to announce this year’s stunning addition to the Love is Precious continuation series. The 2013 1 oz silver Love is Precious coin shows two beautiful blue swallows in mid-flight, before a classical fairy-tale castle complete with rainbow. Presented in a pure plated silver (precious) heart box with inlaid crystals, these coins make a beautiful gift for Weddings, Birthdays, and Wedding Anniversaries.
OBVERSE
The obverse of the coin features the Raphael Maklouf effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, along with the year of issue (2013) and the denomination of $2.
MINTAGE
No more than 20,000 of the 2011 Love is Precious silver coins will be issued by New Zealand Mint.
PRESENTATION
Each coin is presented in a pure plated silver (precious) heart box with inlaid crystals. This is enclosed in a silver outer box for its protection and comes with a certificate of authenticity issued by New Zealand Mint.
