Description
The fourth coin in the gorgeous Mother’s Love series features a mother brown bear and her cub.
Each coin is struck from 1/2oz of 99.9% pure silver in proof quality.
The coin’s reverse features a coloured brown bear cub being cuddled by its mother in a cave. The inscription BROWN BEAR and The Perth Mint’s ‘P’ mintmark also appear in the design.
Issued as legal tender under the authority of the Government of Tuvalu, the coin’s obverse depicts the Ian Rank-Broadley effigy of Her Majesty Queen Elizabeth II, the 2014 year-date, and the monetary denomination.
The Perth Mint will issue no more than 4,500 of the Mother’s Love – Brown Bear 2014 1/2oz Silver Proof Coin from a maximum mintage of 6,000.
Each coin is housed in a classic presentation case with a stylised shipper featuring stunning imagery, and is accompanied by a numbered Certificate of Authenticity.
